1. Service purpose

SpareCheck lets you use a spare iPhone as a local monitor and another iPhone as a controller for quick checks, paired calls, and optional local recordings.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use SpareCheck lawfully and only on devices and spaces where you have the right to do so. You are responsible for following local privacy, recording, and consent laws.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and may include taxes where applicable.

4. Safety limitations

SpareCheck is not an emergency service, professional security system, certified baby monitor, medical device, or guaranteed availability service. Do not rely on it where missed alerts, delayed video, battery drain, network failure, or device sleep could create danger.

5. Availability

Features may depend on camera, microphone, flashlight, storage, battery, local network, Apple services, and RevenueCat purchase services. Features may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or changed.

6. Privacy

Your use of SpareCheck is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how app information and local recordings are handled.
